If cancellation is made within 24hrs. from the scheduled time of use, no amount shall be refunded by Ofis Square.
If cancellation is made between 24hrs. – 48hrs. of the scheduled time of use, 50% of the advance paid will be refunded.
If cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of use advance paid by the User will be fully refunded by Ofis Square.
For Weekly usage
If cancellation is made 15 days prior to the scheduled time of use advance paid will be fully refunded.
If cancellation is made between 7-15 days prior to the scheduled time of use 50% of the advance paid will be refunded.
If cancellation is made within 7 days from the scheduled time of use no amount shall be refundable by Ofis Square.
For Monthly usage and above
If cancellation is made within 24hrs. from the scheduled time of use no amount shall be refunded by Ofis Square.
If cancellation is made within 24hrs. from the scheduled time of use no amount shall be refunded by Ofis Square.
If cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of use advance paid by the User will be fully refunded by Ofis Square.
For Meeting Room
If cancellation is made within 24hrs. from the scheduled time of use no amount shall be refunded by Ofis Square.
If cancellation is made between 24hrs. – 48hrs. of the scheduled time of use 50% of the advance paid will be refunded.
If cancellation is made between 24hrs. – 48hrs. of the scheduled time of use 50% of the advance paid will be refunded.
For Conference Room usage/ Virtual Office/ Mobile Ofis Square
If meeting room booking is done using credits – a full refund shall be made by Ofis Square, if cancellation is made by the User 04 hours before start of the scheduled booking time.
If meeting room booking is done using any other acceptable payment mode – a full refund shall be made by Ofis Square, if cancellation is made by the User 48 hours before the start of the scheduled booking time.
The aforementioned is subject to the User abiding by the Online Ofis Square User Agreement. In case of breach of any terms and condition of Ofis Square-User Agreement by the User, Ofis Square shall have right to terminate the Ofis Square-User Agreement and /or deny access to Work Space Solution by the User. Such termination or denial of access shall automatically result into cancellation by Ofis Square, refund to the User, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of Ofis Square.
If any variation/reduction/ alteration/relocation of Work Space Solution made by Ofis Square as per clause 6(d) of the Online Ofis Square-User Agreement, is not acceptable to the User it shall have the liberty for a pre-mature termination of the right of use and it shall be charged on a pro-rata basis.
In the case of cancellation of Work Space Solution, either by Ofis Square or User the same shall also mean cancellation of services, amenities, products etc. offered by Ofis Square.In case of any cancellation the current service tax rate on the advance will be retained by Ofis Square as it is to be paid by it to the concerned authorities. The Credit Card/Debit Card charges and/or any other applicable taxes or charges on the amount not refunded to the User shall be charged to the User.
The refund will be made in the same mode of payment used while booking.
Ofis Square will mediate when necessary, and has final say in all disputes.
The booking is not officially cancelled until the User receives a cancellation confirmation through E-mail/SMS/Notification from Ofis Square. In case confirmation of cancellation is not received by the User, it shall be the duty of User to contact and inform Ofis Square about the same.
